It all depends on the businesses that they are trying to buy. Five months ago I thought they would go for an ordinary nuts and bolts business, just to get cash flow and body for a tier one Nasdaq listing. This would create a Nasdaq p/e multiple of 15. Now I think they must have got another option which gives them the opportunity to buy a high tech SMA business that provides them a p/e multiple of 40 plus. The asx listing was used for seedcapital. In its current state TZL can raise capital wherever it wants. We have to accept a certain confidentiality in its announcements. Customers dont want competitors to know what they are after. However as an example: we all know that worldwide there are only two major aircraft manufacturers. On the 21st of August they announced that TZL received a purchase order from a large airframe manufacturer. From the review of 2007 operations on Sept 3rd Airbus was mentioned, so its not too difficult to see that yesterday there was again a major aircraft manufacturer that decided to issue a purchase order. Yes, well thought this must be Boeing. I understand that TZL is difficult to understand for newcomers. When you can read between the lines the story is unfolding AT THIS VERY MOMENT. For oldtimers like Hardmano, Amex and me it hurts that a few newcomers are saying that we are ramping the stock. On the contrary, things that one believed in years ago is suddenly being confirmed by a continuing stream of announcements. And I bet there are many more in the pipeline. Cheers Klaas
