    But would you really suspend a stock for 6 days just because you are - as you say- horse trading?

    Wouldn't you just do the deal and then release an announcement?

    For example CER/CNP have been negotiating with lenders for the past year or so...they have not suspended for this time and their negotiations will have a big impact on share price.


    Ive no idea so please do your own research.
