    options issued at 7 cents (ex 2006) JUly 19 -- GCN issues 9.5 million 2 year options at 7 cent strike .

    I wonder who they were issued to ? ...and 7 cents ( 1 cent below the prevailing current share price ) ......

    As we wait for the full year figures to be released.
