These were 'employed' people, but it is time for habitual dole recipients to do something in return for the dole. This should apply equally to all recipients of the dole, no matter what race they are, or what country their from, so if they want 'the dole', should be prepared to work for it, with the only INCENTIVE to do so, being, "no work, no dole", certainly no form of cash payment.
One thing I feel that may have been overlooked here is, aside from sickies and annual leave, is the payment of Superannuation by the govt.
