Problem is easily fixed by imposing 50% quotas ( + or - 5% ) on all industries. That is only females can be hired for sewer/labour type jobs and not hired for cushy office jobs until each achieves this equality.
Of course, equal pay for both jobs as already exists in law I might add.
Of course, the women that have been complaining about pay equality should be happy now - remember they are the ones making the claims despite the laws in place.
Or have I exposed the hypocrisy and actual liars?
