Legislating for change will always introduce more problems than it fixes
The role of women has been formed over hundreds of years and a law will not change that instantly
Women are their own worse enemy -- they should be the main teachers of their children and they are the ones who should be teaching their sons to respect women but sadly I see very little evidence of this
Until the attitude of children has been changed and those children reach management level in business and political, public service administration all the demands and laws will be pushing women further and further back
I do think many of our laws are introduced for the purpose of the destruction of our society and not the published purpose
