many women now who work in mines - where employers regard them as better drivers or equipment- leave because they can’t bear the sexism.

These days it is many female CEO's who don't want to hire woman because of the HR problems they bring to a workplace.

Thats right - like Al Bundy they know woman and they don't want them in their workplace as a result of their knowledge.
