Why do women have babies then give them to strangers to bring up, so they can carry on in their Job?
The first 5 years I believe are most important for their growth and well being.
Would you modern women buy a new expensive computer and leave it with a stranger to put software of their choice in it? That question could be put to Fathers as well.
