Once you have steps 1-2 done, and the bank financing, the equity capital raise will be well-received. You'll need to build some financial models - note there will be plenty of folk here on Hot Copper who can help you on the modelling - it actually sounds like the help is needed.
4. Finalise engineering and design, mine engineering and geological strategies and hire the contractors and then to work.

I suggest you can get that done by the end of this year.
