After the share offering if all directors took up there holdings they will own 35% of the company.

This is one of my key critrea in looking for small companies to buy, if the directors have skin in the game they are incentivised to make good things happen.

I have noticed the last 2 afternoon big orders are dropping in and out of the WOFOA's. It could be to push the price or up catch anything that short term holders are wanting to sell. Either way I got some more yesterday and will continue to top up intermittently.

Bring on 2015! The year for the Wolf.
