I'm guessing you are aware of the rebuttal presumption of the crown not being bound by criminal laws? The govt corporations and commercial entities are less immune. Employees and agents of the crown have no immunity.
Mischievous actions by third parties against the crown can be interpreted as an offence against the crown, including employees of govt agencies.
