Stick to the physical game is my opinion.
There is no where near enough physical to back the paper. So might find yourself holding worthless paper when all is said and done.

Paper is only worth the paper it's written on. Especially in times ahead.

There is no set target as fiat currency always goes to it´s intrinsic value being zero. That is well on track to happen to all current fiat currencies.
