UPDATE OF PERMITS OF THE MUGA PROJECTHighfield Resources (ASX: HFR) (“Highfield” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that the Company has been informed that the Mining Authorities of Madrid, Aragon and Navarra (“the Mining Authorities”) are satisfied with the Concession Mining documentation submitted by Highfield for the Muga Potash Project (“Muga” or “the Project”).The Company has also been informed that, consequently, the final text of the Mining Concession has been sent to the Government's attorney for a final legal review. The Company understands that this is the final step before the granting of the Mining Concession.

UPDATE OF PERMITS OF THE MUGA PROJECTHighfield Resources (ASX: HFR) (“Highfield” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that on May 10, 2021, a positive report from the Department of the Environment of Aragon has been delivered to the Mining Authorities of Madrid, Aragon and Navarra ("The Mining Authorities"), last required report with respect to the last section of the Mining Concession documentation submitted for the Muga Potasa Project ("Muga" or "the Project").The Company has been informed that if no further clarification is required from the Authorities, the next step is to send the text of the Mining Concession document to the Central Government attorney for legal review before the Concession concession is issued.
