What ever the market is doing usually makes little or no difference to penny dreadfuls especially sub 10c, unless there was a significant market movement to the downside.

Don't necessarily agree here. In this current mentality I agree but when the market picks up, there is usually a delay before the smaller end of town also picks up on the sentiment. Personally I'm not relying on global market sentiment as I think CNN has plenty of organic growth in the near future which will force a re-rating.
