Pika, it's irrational to think anyone would pay in advanced, $250-$300 Million dollars to fund the build of a mine, that doesn't actually have a Mining License yet?
I have already posted my logic a few times in the past. It's up to you to decide whether it's irrational or not. It won't matter to me.
Can you name any companies that have put that kind of money up front, before a mining license has been issued?
I am sure there are plenty and I hope/expect CAY will be the next.

No. I haven't because it never bothered me what they put in there but it is good for those who were so concerned.
