i have a feeling mgmt and maybe even other substantial holders don't want the price above 20c by 31/12. 7,000,000 options expire on that day with a strike of 20c, owned by the old directors from fortunis resources. why would you want to do a 10% dilution to people who aren't even involved with your co.?
