Governments around the world have been stimulating oil usage (demand) via subsidies and handouts.
Highly unlikely that they will now turnaround and start implementing measures to reduce oil consumption such as enforced carless days.
Demand is likely to be pretty stable, if not growing, whilst supply appears very constrained and/or challenged in the months and years ahead.
