Good question, unfortunately it's a bit like asking how long is a piece of string. ;-)
If the production platforms are in place for these rigs to drill the wells (let's sssume that is the case) and each production platform has at least 10 to 25 "slots" (ie well head locations on the platform) and the rigs start drilling around Q1 2023 (roughly the current schedule) and the production pipeline from the platform is in place, they could be producing from one new well around 60 to 90 days after it is spud.
Each well probably takes around a month to drill. if longer, add more time to production start estimate.
If platform in place but no pipeline, add more time.
rough estimate, depending on the post drilling activities Q3 or so next year for the first well on each platform.
In terms of ultimate increased production capacity, I have no idea what the anticipated production rate might be for each well. Could be anywhere from 1000 to 20000 barrels per day per well, depending on the field.
