Australia needs an Army Corps of Engineers based on the US model.

The Corps of Engineers builds major infrastructure and restores assets after major disasters.

Without such a Corps Australia can't efficiently build the major infrastructure it needs such as power stations, transmission lines, pipelines, ports, dams, railways and highways. Leaving these things to the CFMEU thugs is a disaster.
