    By suppressing the HIG share price any takeover offer is typically a bargain. They just offer say 25-30% over current market price and on paper it looks a good deal to the HIG shareholders. It is my opinion that the HIG share price should be significantly higher now. I for one would not entertain selling any of my HIG shares if a takeover offer were to be made at the moment.
