personally, i profited big from MAK (opex too high due to location), AKM (location problems), ELM (holding again, has takeover interest)

on PEK i made a small loss but still holding

PEK is world class; with no real infrastructure problems

ELM world class; needs infrastructure; but on the coast; short railway; new port

the lesson is the same: "take profits on the way up rather than accumulate on the way up!"
