the point is the deposit is economic; it can make a profit; with low tier operating costs
you called it "plumbing the depths of despair" but missed out on 100% easy profit
this is because it seems you worship the illusion called "the market", which represents greed & fear
even i thought about buying PEN at the bottom (but had 2nd thoughts on uranium stocks on personal ethical grounds. when Fukashima happened, i felt good to not hold any u stocks at the time)
