Bul has 4 permits, total area 65,000 sqkms. Aparently adjacent to permits that have potential.
Hence BUL is hoping that this potential extends into their permits.
SF is correct is saying that Farmouts are being planned on BUL's NZ permits as they are too big for Bul to handle.Plus they need to show some activity in PNG to retain permits, Hence Farmouts being discussed.

I have probably gained more knowledge of oil in PNG via reading up on NGE which has the onshore permits in PNG.
