The hits have been strategic, it seems to me that the accumilation level may have been lifted from around that 4c mark to 4.5c mark perhaps...
lets see how 4.5c holds and lets see if they are happy to buy to that 5c and let retail exit down to the 4.5c mark.
Im sure there might be a few new names in the top 20 as it only takes around that 10 mil mark to gain entry.
