I can't believe some people have and are considering investing in Guzman. Honestly, you'd have to be an absolute fool. Just take a drive around and look at their locations. They might claim to be selling a lot, but to me it looks different. The hype doesn't match the actual foot traffic and sales volume you see at their stores. Do yourself a favour and watch the bleak South Yarra store, Investing in Guzman feels like buying into a fantasy rather than a solid business. In fact, try the food before you buy in, and you know you won't be returning or investing.
