It was definitely a "zip up your wallet" type situation from the get go just based on all the "interests" circulating around it alone. Magellan/Barenjoey plus Private Equity all passing the parcel for years to prop up the valuation and now flogging it to the public at a valuation that assumes the business growing 5x in a few years. Maybe it does, but they're already getting paid for it.
