when you got bankers that has 10% in the business plus all the fundies and existing investors
that already has money in the game match with the founders running the show who applied some art work to accounting in calculating
EBITDA without including the lease liabilities
then you need to pump it and keep pumping it until the escrow comes out and they have lightened the load
and if there is critics emerge of their valuation and EBITDA calculation you just brand them as hater
that how we roll in the stock market
