    the answer is that the suits are shafting us
    they have been well compensated for the low ball offer
    lets hope the independent recognises that this offer is NOT FAIR to lessor share holders (that didnt get the cherry on the ice cream)
    however me thinks that the independent has been well and truly compensated as well!!!
