it's all about visualisation ... we can build our own happiness by just being positive. Yeah I know it sounds trite.

But after a few weeks locked in the HC cooler I started to see Fluffy in positive light .. a vision splendid and ever since being good has been easy!

I'l take your advice and try 'building' an attractive image of DB. But ... what with the crazy looking dog .. and all that tough-love-stern-talk .. I'm thinking Mardi-gras, chains and leather .. which if i'm not careful might morph into my ex-wife.

Anyway I'll work on it and let you know.
