    It broke the 50% and 38.2% fib retracement from 52 week highs. 14 day RSI at 80%. it has confirmed higher lows and closes every day for 2 weeks. this is low share on issue being soaked by pros. phycological resistance at 10c with retail. technical resistance at 13.5c. basing for major break.
