The answer was as we know that it is not the main focus of ATH but if academics produce interesting data they could activate with PBT2. Of course, waiting these 3 years is proof that their interest is 0. Neither have the academics produced anything extraordinary lately but IMO there is a lot of evidence that PBT2 is an excellent drug in controlling antibiotic-resistant infections. I do not understand what Stamler is waiting. Maybe he wants to get MC up to a few billion with ATH434 and then do a deal with PBT2.
