Believe me if you have to go through open heart surgery to use some sort of patch - all other things being equal- I would certainly go for CardioCel due to lack of calcification.
I don't think anyone would want to have to have a repeat operation if it could be avoided.
Also health funds I am sure would prefer only the one operation rather than repeats every so often.
