I think it's realistic to expect a stunted take-up whilst competitors fruitlessly try to ward off a game changer.
In the medium term, however, it cannot not claim the entire market (at least those that can afford it) without serious corruption/dereliction of medical duties.
Unless, of course, a better product comes along. Possible, but not likely.
