Not wanting to appear to pour scorn on the World Congress of Melanoma, but (imho) it's safe to say that it would rate as 'second tier' in terms of where significant treatment advances are reported.

Attendance and posters sounds appropriate, but I would expect them to be essentially the same presentations that have been made elsewhere.
