Sorry should have been clearer,
I was referring to the comment re time of release, and people getting agitated that there was no ANN: by 2 pm, they come out later some times..
The previous release named "Corporate Update" came out 5.44 pm Perth time, so not unusual, for after hours or overnight release.
There are probably a lot of app stores g play stores and technical back end to update send live and test, as well as a quiet time of day like 9 pm to best do it.
