As 2010 unfolds with underlying market strength,many
companies will be forced to show their true colours.

Simply put..its not enough for companies such as Cougar
to state "we will be Australia's leader in UCG"..now they
will have to prove it.For CXY to maintain an upward trending
SP,this company has to do "more" than create a successful burn
and bankable feasibility study at Kingaroy in 2010.

Shareholder confidence and satisfaction in the New Year,
has to be a major focus for this company as well.

Positive stimulation by men of calibre..such as Julian
Segal,head of Caltex [ex Sasol]..who sees "UCG as a viable
option to Caltex's future business plans..needs to be
embedded in Cougars business plan of "powerful friends."

China graduated over 100 PHD'S in UCG from "one" mining
University this year and "if" Cougars budding alliance with
energy hungry China can materialize in "months" and not "years"
..then Walker/Blinderman coupled with the expertise of
Micheal-Dobbs-Higginson have the capacity to rapidly build
unlimited power stations..leaving Cougar to retain a
percentage on every project.Imagine the cash flow from
such a venture [top of the food chain can :)

There are hundreds of millions now being invested in
UCG research and development in Canada [Gov]..UK/U.S.
Australia may well lag behind unless "right thinking"
takes hold in this country,for State/Fed politicians
are stunningly clueless regarding the risk/reward
principles of doing business.

With the substantial increases in electricity charges
of late,[more on the horizon]..Cougar now has the one
great chance of a lifetime,if they take a no holds barred
approached to "dominate the world" with this abundant,
accessible,cost friendly power supply..that is UCG.
