I truely believe that China and probably many others can see exactly what has happened in QLD and havn't any concerns at all. This to me means that Couger will throw all efforts overseas and when the time presents itself, (probably at least after the decision on the appeal) the CAT may just go after the Gov't and any other parties that have their grubby hands on what transpired (there are a few in line). So it certainly may be the case that China is up and running sooner than we have anticipated.
Time will tell, but I will hold until then.
