Hi Max, I have always, well since the 70’s. Been very into organic farming. My poor husband who went to agricultural college in the 60’s didn’t know what he was in for. Of course he was taught the new chemical methods of farming. But eventually I managed to get him to see that although it is less labour intensive, it is so bad for the oil health and moreover produced imo poisoned food crops. So we transferred over to organic, a very long story.
But I always believed that the wheel would turn and people would eventually lead a much simpler life and go back to growing their own food. This could still happen, I hope.
