Again, I will point out the OBVIOUS...
The current Share Price is simpley the LOWEST anyone would agree to sell for (and the highest anyone would buy for).
Just because 1Bln x 2c = $20Mln doesn't mean you could convince everyone to sell for 2c.
The volume of shares being traded, when you consider churn, is very very small.
