I have been looking further into WER and am posting this for those that may be interested. Although they are a NZ registered co it appears WER still have obligations to United States regulators. On 29 July 2009 WER filed document with US regulator showing they are offering $US44million in total in equities for Sumbuca(sic)LP. Amount sold is $US9mill. State = Texas. Number of investors = one. Minimum amount of investment = $US110,000. In a further doc filed end of August nothing had changed. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. Maybe they will eventually front up with a lesser amount than $23mill in return for a smaller % interest with ADX making up the difference from the $20Mill raising. Only time will tell.
