My thoughts on macro in regards to PCL and our exploration are the following:
As much as Trump may be expanding production in the US, from every expert I've read and heard from (I would highlight Dr. Anas F. Alhajji, A F Alhaji Substack) his thoughts are that the US mainland don't have the capacity to expand production by a great percentage (due to diminishing reserves and other factors). The Gulf of Mexico expansion may decrease oil price slightly but I don't see that having an immediate effect.
Another thing I would highlight is if we do have a massive target on our hands (over 10Bil boe) will that really decrease our value if oil goes down a bit?
