Sorry Scott the Jemalong project you ref to is a basic "solar PV" plant - just a bigger version of what people put on their houses. It was commenced by Vast after their failure to make solar thermal work. Then sold to the listed Genex GNX circa 2019. GNX still not have got that generating at the rated 48MW.
Here is the day by day production by Jemalong PV still only making around 30MW some days - has not got near the 48MW yet this year.

The disused Vast solar thermal project is still at Jemalong a few kms from the GNX PV site. One thing you must learn Scott is to never believe what renewable proponents SAY because they all tend to lie through their teeth. This misleading is magnified because Australian media being 90% greenleft in tendency are happy to run any claims by renewables proponents who the media see as "acting on climate change" - little concern is shown by greenleft Oz media to promulgate the provable truth. Only believe what you can confirm they DO. My free advice for you today. Here is an example of this unreliable Greenleft media puff.
Switched on: Jemalong solar power plant on track to power homes in 2021 17 Dec 2020https://www.forbesadvocate.com.au/story/7057414/switched-on-jemalong-solar-power-plant-on-track-to-power-homes-in-2021/

Most readers would assume by the article that the Jemalong solar PV was running at its rated capacity; when the truth is hugely different.

I have box of half a dozen ALDI vino for anybody who can prove a Solar Thermal plant in NSW is exporting to the grid at its rated capacity.
