There is very little reason for China, Russia or Europe to have huge navies as they have the majority of the resources they need within land transport distance. The US needs a Navy because of a need to bring in resources from great distances. Mainland China could pick off a navy off the coast in its own time. However as all this is hypothetical we need not worry....unless George and his mates decide to go on an adventure again!
