I really dont understand why some people think a bust is out of the question?
People in Australia have become VERY comfortable-they are comfortable with job security, comfortable with debt, comfortable with record low emergency interest rates.
If anyone of these should change the economy and property market in particular would be decimated....and thats a simple but unavoidable fact.
