Furniture, have you heard that saying "kicking the can down the road" perhaps there wont be a bust and your probably right to a degree..
problem I see is government control and future confiscation of assets.. Its a matter of time not if, maybe, and could happen but when!!
we all would agree Government legislation is often 5-10 years behind th times in many situations.. so when Civil disobedience occurs on a national scale I wouldn't want to be relying on welfare!!
