Spanish flu of 1918 was supposely 2.5 %

So you can see these numbers mean little at this stage. the media has jumped on this 7 deaths from 150 with relish but as you can see the number means little.

Confirmed cases take quite a while to come through. I would dearly love it to be only seven but thats unlikely.

The US because of their better systems already has 64 confirmed swine flus. The deaths, if any, will be the real gauge. There shouldnt be many because of relenza and tamiflu usuage..
