Looking like 2007 Aug. TODAYS Pg 15 Australian, weak earnings tipped combined with higher A$ is putting off overseas fund buyers. Local buyers say 90% of stocks are fully valued. Valuations looked stretched with the market being "dragged up" by low interest rate for an unprecedented time.
Aug 13 2007 stocks fully valued interest rates increasing time for a breather (we know what happened next!).
Compare this to Dec Jan everything so rosy.
