"Tough one to tame GK" --- when MOWER our resident chart pattern guru makes a friendly comment such as that its probably time to take a second look.
so after coming home last night from the RSL watching the western bulldogs get belted by westcoast on FOX, thought I might do just that... and that didn't cheer me up either.
over the last 12 months the indice has fallen approx 20% (shanghi composite approx 14%)....in the first month and a bit it fell sharply by 16% retraced over the next 5- 6 months + 10%, and more recently over the last three and a bit months fell again by 14%... fair enough, but the hap-hazard random nature of the price movement in the direction of each trend would be enough to send you crazy - signals all the time to be in or out.
so that's what MOWER means when he says "hard to tame", with the recent very large jump on Friday after previous days of on trend falls, and then looking back at the chart over the last 12 months for some guidance its still a toss up as to which direction the price might head from here.
so I think I might reduce my 4 bite exposure for starters by half. .. I will watch the movement at open at 12 noon EST. for further indications.
I would still like to short china, do yo have any ideas JOHN RISK as to how I might do this ??
