I don't know the indepth detail behind the pre-emptive but it is beyond far to acquire unless it can sell it on. FAR will have to dilute further and then there is a matter of actually developing this monster. With further dilution will result in lowering individual shareholder prospect of obtaining optimal value. FAR imo will sell, at the right price. The question is whether it is Senegal prospects or the whole company
