    Everybody has been stating that world oil reserves are in decline and that a price elevation is very soon well past the $140 hit last year.

    Interesting to add that Woodside today had big reductions in oil production due to decline and they haven;t replaced it. Interesting times ahead - and they say oil fundamentals are weak. What book are they reading. Food for thought anyway.
